Join us for a heart-opening morning of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection as CONNECT partners with Sana Recovery for a special experience designed to nourish your body, mind, and soul.
You have two session options to choose from:
Session 1: 8:00am – 10:00am
7:45am – Arrivals & welcome
8:00–9:00am – CONNECT session: conscious movement, deep grounding, and authentic connection
9:00–10:00am – Access to Sana Recovery’s premium sauna and ice bath
10:00am onwards – Optional gathering at The Sana Café (self-funded)
Session 2: 9:30am – 11:30am
9:15am – Arrivals & welcome
9:30–10:30am – CONNECT session: conscious movement, deep grounding, and authentic connection
10:30–11:30am – Access to Sana Recovery’s premium sauna and ice bath
11:30am onwards – Optional gathering at The Sana Café (self-funded)
Whether you're new to CONNECT or a familiar face, this is your invitation to fill your Sunday morning with presence, people, and powerful healing rituals. We'll finish with the option to stay and connect further over cake, coffee, and morning tea at The Sana Café—because connection is best shared over something sweet.
Things to know:
Please park in the main car park and enter through the café, heading into the courtyard to find the recovery space. The CONNECT team will welcome you there.
Wear comfortable clothing for movement and be prepared to sweat and get wet in the sauna and ice bath.
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, drink bottle, and most importantly—an open heart and mind.
