- **Event Description**: Come out to the farm to enjoy a 60 min wood-fired sauna + cold plunge session with KINDLED Community Sauna and optional Mindfulness & Sound Bath Session! Space is limited; registration is required.

KINDLED is born from a dream of leading people toward wellness and toward connection with others. Sauna has the ability to strip us down both mentally and physically. Lighter clothing, fewer screens, more vulnerability, limited status symbols. Facing the heat and overcoming it fosters grit, resilience, and relaxation.

The optional one-hour mindfulness and sound bath session will be held from 6-7 pm, so you can join after the 5 pm sauna session or before the 7 pm sauna session. Held indoors in the climate-controlled Center for Rural History, this session will guide you through calming breathwork and a restorative sound bath using crystal bowls and other soothing instruments. It's a deeply restorative practice for busy people -- a great chance to restore your nervous system. No experience is necessary! Please bring a yoga mat to lay on. A blanket and/or pillow is also recommended for added comfort.

6 pm mindfulness/sound bath session ($20 per person)
