Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

Join me at Blue Soul Yoga on Saturday, 11/22 at 4pm! This will be a rejuvenating 90min practice in an intimate space for community as we dive into longer-held restorative postures, followed by a sweet sound bath immersion at the end. All postures will be low to the ground, and supported by props. Please bring your own - message me if you are in need(the studio has a few to lend). I'd also recommend having socks, a blanket(or 2), and an eye covering(or washcloth) for the sound bath at the end.
