- **Event Description**: Journey of the Heart is an immersion into Bhakti Yoga, one of the three classical paths to liberation or self-realization. Learn about these ancient and beautiful practices that quiet the mind, open the heart, and awaken us to our inner peace and divinity!  This Bhakti series is part of Blue Soul Yoga's Teacher Training program and is being opened to the public for all to enjoy.

10-3 Bhakti Yoga Workshops
During the workshops, we will steep ourselves in this rich and vibrant tradition of Bhakti Yoga.  We'll learn about mantra, japa, murtis, mandalas, yogic stories and symbolism of this magical practice that all lead one inward, to the heart center.  We will also move beyond meaning, quiet the mind and dive into guided practices of mantra, japa (mantra meditation), and infusing mantra in asana (yoga poses).  

4-6 Kirtan
Kirtan is a magical practice with profound benefits to consciousness and heart! For thousands of years, communal singing of mantra set to music has been used to elicit joy, peace, open the heart, and connect one to the Divine. Maa will be live looping harmonium, percussion, guitar and native flute to set a mystical musical landscape for this heart opening experience.  Come
