Overview

Half-day: 4 sessions, (10:00 AM–1:30PM including transitions)
Attend any or all sessions; outdoor (weather-dependent) at Retzer Nature Center, Waukesha, WI
Schedule (each session starts on the hour)

10:00–10:45 AM — Tai Chi Nature Walk
Slow, flowing tai chi integrated with a mindful nature walk.
Benefits: improved balance, joint mobility, circulation, stress reduction, embodied awareness.

11:00–11:45 AM — Breath Work & Guided Meditation for Mindfulness, Relaxation & Inner Personal Growth
Guided mindfulness practice focused on deep relaxation, self-inquiry, and tools for ongoing personal growth.
Benefits: reduces stress and rumination, increases emotional regulation, enhances clarity and self-compassion.


12:00–12:45 PM — Vinyasa Flow (all skill levels)
Dynamic, breath-synchronized movement sequences accessible to beginners through advanced practitioners; modifications and progressive options provided.
Benefits: builds strength and flexibility, improves cardiovascular health, mind-body connection,  and present-moment focus.


1:00–1:30 PM — Sound Bath with Retzer Natural Soundscape
Crystal/Tibetan bowls, chimes, voice work, native instruments, blended with live ambient sounds (wind, birds, grasses).
Benefits: deep nervous system down-regulation, parasympathetic activation, restorative sensory integration.


Logistics:
Event is free. 
Donations Accepted for Retzer Nature Center.
Can Pre-Register at Serenitynow.global or
registration on-site begins at 9:30 am for full retreat, or register 10 minutes before single sessions.
Bring mat/blanket, water, layers, bug spray, chair if needed.
