The process makes breathing easier by helping air enter the lungs unimpeded by mucus and dirt which easily builds up during the day.
Benefits:

Relieves migraine, headaches, anxiety, stress and brings tranquility. Helps with epilepsy.

Age Limit: For ages 14 and above.

This program will be conducted by a Hatha Yoga Teacher trained by Sadhguru.
