Join us for this energizing kickoff to our Thanksgiving festivities together with an upbeat, 45 minutes of boxing movements, bag work and conditioning.
JMA fitness kickboxing coach Maria G. will encourage and motivate you as she leads you through an incredible kickboxing workout that will leave you sweating, smiling and provide you with a 700+ calorie deficit for the day!!

Don't forget, we're working out for a purpose! Please consider a donation to this year's charity: The Women's Center of Waukesha & share in our spirit of thankfulness. The Women's Center is in need of non-perishable holiday food items such as: cake, brownie & muffin mix, frosting, tea & coffee, canned pumpkin, hot cocoa mix, pancake mix, kid-friendly breakfast cereals, tuna pouches, canned chicken, fruit cups, mac & cheese, instant potatoes, hamburger helper, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, peanut butter & jelly, mayo, tomato & cream of mushroom soup, and canned beans (black or kidney). Please bring your donations of such items to JMA when you come to attend class!

This class is FREE and open to the public, ages 15 & up only. A few pairs of loaner gloves will be available, on a first come basis. Bring along your own boxing gloves if you have them!!

Got kids? No problem. Kids age 4 & up are welcome to hang out in our multipurpose room during the workout.

Class runs 10:00-10:45am on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving!
