With Presence Into 2026 - Self-Care

This is the third year I’m offering an opportunity to start the new year in an intentional way. We will spend a day at the Eggert’s farm in Wauchope focusing on self-care, setting ourselves up for a year of making our wellbeing a priority.

Self-care is integral not only to our own health and happiness but also to our ability to function well in the world and support those around us. As yoga practitioners we have access to a vast range of tools that allow us to understand our needs and support our wellbeing, including Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asana (postures), and Meditation. We will explore all of those practically as well as contemplating what calls us individually and how we can realistically include these practices in our every day lives.

This retreat will also include optional opportunities for creative expression through writing, painting, and movement/conscious dance.

A delicious vegetarian lunch and tea and treats are included. Please let us know of any dietary requirements.
