Breathe, drop into the stillness together, tune into the sound and inner silence, open your energy pathways and the heart, lift your spirits through sound and song.

I'll be sharing some powerful beautiful sounds of yoga (nāda) to deepen our inner connection, before we move into rāga inspired kīrtan with evocative, uplifting and heart opening sounds to transform our energy.

No experience needed — just bring your open heart (and maybe a cushion).
