Disconnected from your body, your needs, or what truly matters to you?
In the pace of everyday life, it’s easy to become outward-focused — moving from one responsibility to the next while gradually losing touch with our inner world. Over time, this disconnection can quietly build, leaving us feeling unclear, disconnected, or out of rhythm with ourselves.

Deepening the Connection to Self offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and gently come back into relationship with yourself.
This is not about fixing or forcing change.
It is about creating space to listen inward, notice what is present, and reconnect with care.
What this workshop involves

This 3-hour experience weaves together gentle embodied practices, reflective journaling, creative exploration, and moments of shared connection.

You will be guided to explore:

-Body awareness and inner listening

-Values, strengths, and inner supports

-What may be ready to shift, soften, or be released

-Needs, desires, and self-expression

The workshop includes a balance of individual reflection, guided prompts, creative activities, and optional opportunities to share and practice being seen, heard, and witnessed in a safe and supportive way. All practices are offered with choice, and you are always invited to engage in ways that feel supportive for you.
