Serving times may be adjusted by the organisers where operationally necessary.Sadhya will only be served after the cultural program has concluded. Cultural ProgramsThe cultural program may include music, dance, performances, and other forms of entertainment.The organisers reserve the right to modify the program, performers, timings, order of performances, or schedule where circumstances require.Program timings may change due to operational, technical, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.A separate set of Terms & Conditions and guidelines applies to program participants and performers.6. Children & MinorsParents and/or legal guardians are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and safety of children and minors attending the event.Children must not be left unsupervised at the venue.For safety and operational reasons, only performers, authorised volunteers, and organisers may enter designated backstage, kitchen, food-serving, equipment, or other restricted areas.Parents and guardians must ensure that children do not enter these areas unless specifically authorised.7. Accessibility & Special AssistanceThe organisers wish to make the event accessible and welcoming to all attendees.Anyone requiring mobility assistance, accessible seating, assistance with access to the venue, or other reasonable assistance is encouraged to contact the organisers before the event so that reasonable arrangements can be considered.Requests should be made as early as possible, as the organisers may have limited ability to accommodate requests made on the day.8.
