Join us in this gentle, beginner-friendly, donation-based yoga class! All participants should be able to get up and down from the floor easily and be on their hands and knees. If you can do that, this class will work for you!

If you have a yoga mat, please bring it. However, I do have a few that I can provide!

Thanks to Sonia from The Homestead for generously allowing us to utilize her space. 

It is my intention that these yoga sessions help us to find more peace in our lives, with our bodies, with each other, and within our community. 

Some general rules:
Shoes will be removed by the door and set against the wall so we don't track in dirt, mud, or snow. 
Cell phones will need to be off or on silent (not vibrate) and placed by your belongings by the wall. 

Newbies absolutely welcome! I teach brand new beginners at least twice a week and have been doing that for 20 years. You are in good hands!!

Typical donations are between $15-20 however, it is COMPLETELY up to you. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. 

You can Venmo me, use Zelle, or make your cash donation the day of.
