Over the years, I’ve taught across many styles, including aerial, accessible, pregnancy, postnatal, and yoga for athletes. My teaching is warm, inclusive, and designed to help everyone feel supported – whether it’s your very first class or your hundredth.The Spire and Spoke is a much-loved Chilterns hub for walkers, cyclists, and now yogis too – a perfect place to breathe, move, and connect together under the tipi’s twinkling canopy.
