Ladies, this is your invitation to step away from everything for five days and finally receive the reset you've been putting off. This is a perfect time, especially before the holidays!

This is not just another girls' trip. This is a real, intentional reset. We will focus on how you relate to your emotions, and how you show up in your every day life. 

Who this is for
This retreat is for the woman who is ready. Ready to stop white-knuckling through her stress and fear, and start moving through it in a healthy way. 

This is for women who are ready to learn tools that work at the level of the body, not just the mind. Ready to be in a room full of women doing the same honest, intentional work and feel what it's like to not do it alone.

You don't need any experience with breathwork or healing modalities. You just need to be willing to show up.

What you'll experience
Over five days at a private lake house surrounded by the beauty of fall you will move through transformational breath work sessions, nervous system regulation practices, somatic tools for emotional release, gentle plant medicine ceremonies (all optional), and deep integration support. All of it held in real community with a small circle of women who are on the same path.

Who is holding the space
This retreat is led by Laura, Psychospiritual Practitioner and founder of Divine Emergence, with nearly five years of experience guiding people through breathwork, trauma release, and embodied transformation/integration. 

Co-hosted by Monique Kasper, a certified breathwork specialist and sound healer. Between the two of them, you will be held with care, expertise, and genuine presence every step of the way.

What you'll leave with
You will leave with a regulated nervous system, a lot of breathwork techniques you can use daily, tools for processing emotion instead of suppressing it, and a clarity about yourself and your life that is hard to come by in the middle of everyday life. Most of all, you will leave knowing what it feels like to be fully supported.

When the retreat is over, thats when the real work begins. An integration call will be held two weeks after the retreat.
