Experience the power of your own breath ✨
During this hour-long breath-based practice you will be given the opportunity to deeply release physical + mental discomfort, break old patterns and step into your power.
We call this breathwork intensive an “experience” because each participant gets a little something different out of it — and every opportunity to practice this style of breathwork opens the door for new forms of emotional + physical release.
You will be guided through energizing breathing patterns, purposeful holds and then soften into calming rhythms that help re-regulate your nervous system.

✨ HELPFUL INFORMATION ✨
💫 Please note that while this is a breathwork intensive, there may be some movement involved, so wearing free flowing clothing would be ideal.
💫Please come with a reasonably empty stomach. You don't need to avoid eating that day, just be mindful of not having a meal within an hour or so of the event to avoid discomfort.
💫 In general, we are going to be meeting for about an hour. There will be a general discussion around what to expect in the experience, the basic breath skills required, time for questions and then we will dive into the 45-50 minute breathing intensive. Following this experience there will be an opportunity to debrief as a group, which is purely optional, but highly encouraged for deeper integration of the experience.

✔️ Lip balm (heavy breathing may lead to very dry lips, really just a comfort item)
✔️ Eye mask (if you want some slight sensory deprivation)
