Hamnet

To be or not to be, that is the question. But what does it really mean to be? When natural healer Agnes (Jessie Buckley, Wicked Little Letters) and her husband, a Latin tutor named William Shakespeare (Paul Mescal, All of Us Strangers), suffer an unimaginable tragedy, their story of loss and love inspires the creation of Shakespeare's timeless masterpiece, Hamlet.

Directed by Oscar-winner Chloé Zhao (Nomadland) and co-written with novelist Maggie O'Farrell, whose novel the film is based on, Hamnet also stars Emily Watson (The Legend of Ochi) and Joe Alwyn (The Brutalist).
