Women's Self Defense Class with Christopher Smith

Join us for an empowering afternoon of self-protection, awareness, and confidence-building. This hands-on workshop is designed to equip women with practical self-defense skills in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.

Led by Christopher Smith, a professional martial arts instructor, this session will focus on simple, effective techniques anyone can use—no prior experience required.

About the Instructor:

Having trained and taught for 45 years Christopher, is a Professional Martial Arts Instructor, Combat Sports Coach, and Combative Consultant for Law Enforcement Departments throughout Connecticut. He has earned Advanced Instructor ranks in Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Filipino Martial Arts, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and is a 200 hr. yoga instructor.
