This nurturing four-week series focuses on cultivating warmth, stability, and emotional steadiness during the heart of winter. Each class weaves together gentle yoga, restorative-inspired postures, breath practices, and calming guided meditations grounded in Ayurvedic wisdom for the season.
We’ll explore themes of self-love, grounding, compassion, and renewal — giving you space to pause, listen inward, and support your well-being. Each week includes a short journaling reflection and a meditation recording you can revisit at home.
This series offers a comforting mid-winter reset, helping you feel held, restored, and more deeply connected to yourself.
Open to all levels — a quiet, cozy space to rest and realign.
