Step into a deeply calming evening designed to help you slow down, soften, and fully unwind.

Join Lisa Dantino and Jodi Sarlo for a nourishing restorative yoga experience that gently supports the body and soothes the nervous system. This class is intentionally slow and grounding, with supported postures held for several minutes to allow for deep rest and release.

Throughout the practice, you’ll be guided through the healing benefits of aromatherapy, with carefully selected essential oils to enhance relaxation and promote a sense of calm. Reiki healing touch will be offered during rest, allowing energy to settle and restore balance on both a physical and emotional level.

To complete the experience, you’ll be invited to enjoy a warm, meditative cup of tea, either before, during, or after class—offering a moment of quiet reflection and comfort.

This is a beautiful opportunity to:
