We'll begin with a playful yoga practice led by Jackie Loyer, incorporating movement, breathing exercises, mindfulness, and relaxation in a way that is accessible and engaging for children. From there, kids will enjoy a fun experience with Allison Proulx, creating a delicious no-bake snack and a summer-inspired craft to take home.

This special event encourages creativity, confidence, connection, and self-expression while giving children a chance to unwind, make new friends, and enjoy a meaningful summer experience.
