Shadow Work 5 Session Course

Shadow work is the practice of introspection. Encouraging you to integrate the repressed or "shadow" aspects of one's personality, such as hidden emotions, negative patterns, and self judgement.

It can aid in healing trauma, breaking through limiting beliefs, improve your relationships, and embody your authentic self.
I did this course last year and it's been highly requested!

Be sure to bring a journal and a pen with you to each session as you will be taking notes. If weather doesn't permit sessions will be offered online via zoom.
There will be no make ups for these sessions and no refunds.

This Course will be 5 sessions.
$20 per session/ $90 for all 5
