September Reset: Yin, Rest & Nidra

September is a month of transition—a time of shifting rhythms, new routines, and the subtle turning of the seasons. As life picks up pace, this special 90-minute class offers a chance to pause, ground, and reconnect.

Together, we’ll move through the long, quiet holds of Yin Yoga and the deeply supportive rest of Restorative postures, creating space for release in both body and mind. Each shape will invite you to soften, breathe, and let go of tension built up from the week.

The practice will close with a guided Yoga Nidra, an extended meditation often called “yogic sleep,” leaving you deeply rested, balanced, and ready to flow into the season with steadiness and ease.
