Hypnotherapy Group Healing Session

Join us for a restorative journey to experience the healing power of hypnotherapy—a deep meditative practice that helps you relax, reflect, and reframe past experiences.

In this group session, Tammy will lead you in a guided meditation to gently approach the source of your stress, releasing the stored energy associated with it and welcoming in warmth, calm, and peaceful energy.
