Gong Bath: An Evening of Gratitude & Renewal

Before the holiday week begins, give yourself the gift of stillness and gratitude. Join us for a soothing Gong Bath on Friday, November 21st, designed to help you pause, reflect, and replenish before the busyness of the season.

The healing vibrations of the gong will calm the nervous system, ease tension, and create space for clarity and renewal. As the sounds wash over you, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation—opening your heart to gratitude and carrying that sense of peace into the days ahead.

No experience is needed—just come as you are. Bring what helps you feel cozy and supported (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle), and settle into this restorative evening before the holiday.
