We’ll kick things off with a playful 45-minute Vinyasa-style yoga flow led by Jackie Loyer. Expect an upbeat, accessible practice that will help you move, breathe, and unwind from the week.

After class, stick around and enjoy a build-your-own taco experience prepared by Allison Proulx of Buddha Bistro. Each participant will receive two tacos with a choice of spicy chicken or spicy chickpea, along with a variety of fresh toppings to customize your meal.

Whether you come with friends or on your own, this is a wonderful opportunity to move your body, connect with others, and enjoy a laid-back summer evening.
