Dr. Yang Shaolin White Crane Seminar

* Learn about YMAA’s White Crane lineage
* Learn to lead your qi to develop Jing (power)
* Learn breathing exercises & strategies
* Train soft & hard patterns & applications

Shaolin White Crane is a soft-hard style specializing in hand techniques. This seminar will cover several soft and hard qigong patterns with an emphasis on body structure and basic concepts such as “listening,” “sticking,” and “coiling.” Students will work solo, with a partner, and eventually combine soft & hard training.

Suitable for: Students ages 13+ of all levels.
