Have you been curious about crystal energy? Looking to start or expand your collection?
Join us this December for a peaceful and heart-centering session weaving together the calming energy of Sodalite, the grounding aroma of Frankincense, the soothing essence of Lavender, and the balancing warmth of Holy Basil. This experience blends crystal wisdom, aromatherapy, and restorative yoga to support reflection, serenity, and inner truth as we close out the year.

Each student will take home:
- A tumbled Sodalite
- A mini roller of the essential oil blend featured in class

What to Expect:
- Learn the history, meaning, and healing qualities of Sodalite
- Guided meditation & 60 minutes of gentle restorative yoga
- Affirmations and simple rituals to bring calm, balance, and clarity into daily life

Your Teachers:

Sara Nizzardo
Sara discovered yoga in 2020 and quickly made it a priority in her life. A graduate of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Direct Path Institute, she is now pursuing her 500-hour certification and holds a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Alongside her role as a Technology Director at Disney and mom of 3, Sara brings a passion for mindfulness, movement, and the mind-body-soul connection into her teaching.

Karen Bernartz
Karen is the heart behind Crow & Moon Emporium and Moss & Moon Forest Therapy, guided by a love of light, nature, crystals, and quiet magic. These passions flow into her work and her life, inspiring offerings that range from handmade candles to forest therapy walks and crystal-centered meditations that open the heart and spirit.
