Have you been curious about crystal energy? Looking to start or expand your collection? Join us this November for a deeply nourishing session weaving together the golden energy of Citrine, uplifting aromatherapy, and a meditation guiding you toward clarity, abundance, and joy—alongside gentle restorative yoga to relax body and mind.

Each student will take home:

- A tumbled Citrine
- A soy candle
- A mini roller of the essential oil featured in class

What to Expect:

- Learn the history, meaning, and healing qualities of Citrine
- Guided meditation & 60 minutes of gentle restorative yoga
- Affirmations and simple rituals to carry into daily life

Your Teachers:

Sara Nizzardo
Sara discovered yoga in 2020 and quickly made it a priority in her life. A graduate of the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Direct Path Institute, she is now pursuing her 500-hour certification and holds a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Alongside her role as a Technology Director at Disney and mom of 3, Sara brings a passion for mindfulness, movement, and the mind-body-soul connection into her teaching.

Karen Bernartz
Karen is the heart behind Crow & Moon Emporium and Moss & Moon Forest Therapy, guided by a love of light, nature, crystals, and quiet magic. These passions flow into her work and her life, inspiring offerings that range from handmade candles to forest therapy walks and crystal-centered meditations that open the heart and spirit.
