Join us for a 4-week after-school series designed to spark creativity, encourage connection, and support calm. Each week, children ages 8–11 will enjoy a hands-on experience that nourishes both body and mind.

We’ll begin with a DIY no-bake snack and simple craft led by Allison Proulx, owner of Buddha Bistro. Children will then transition into a peaceful, grounding yoga practice guided by Jackie Loyer, owner of The Om Center.

This program offers kids a chance to unwind after school while building confidence, creativity, and self-awareness in a warm, supportive environment.

Dates: Wednesdays — May 6th - 27th
Time: 4:00-5:00 PM
Suggested Ages: 8–11

Pricing:
• $120 for the full 4-week session
• $35 per individual class

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat or towel
• Comfortable clothing for movement
