Join us for an empowering afternoon of conversation around self-protection, awareness, and confidence-building. Instead of a hands-on workshop, this gathering will be an open forum and Q&A session where participants can share concerns, ask questions, and discuss real-life scenarios. The goal is to provide a relaxed space to explore what self-defense really means and to help shape future hands-on offerings tailored to your needs.
Light refreshments will be provided, and additional coffee, tea, or snacks will be available for purchase at the bistro.
Saturday, November 15th | 2:30–4:00 PM
Location: The Buddha Bistro (attached to The Om Center)
Suggested Donation: $20 (pay what you are able)
