Light refreshments will be provided, and additional coffee, tea, or snacks will be available for purchase at the bistro.

About the Facilitator:
Christopher Smith is a professional martial arts instructor with 45 years of teaching and training experience. He is a Combat Sports Coach and Combative Consultant for Law Enforcement Departments across Connecticut. Chris has earned advanced instructor ranks in Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Filipino Martial Arts, holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and is also a 200-hour yoga instructor.

This is your chance to ask questions, share experiences, and help guide what you’d like to see in future self-defense classes at The Om Center.
