Atlantis Sound Bath Meditation

The Sound Manifestation Temples were ancient temples that existed in Atlantis. These sacred spaces assisted those who used them to manifest and create things using sound. The vibrational frequencies and harmonics that were possible in these sound temples helped to create and manifest and were almost inexplicable with words.

Willow will provide a healing sound bath that provides those same benefits the Atlanteans knew about while Tammy takes you on a guided meditation journey to imaginatively “travel” and visit the Sound Manifestation Temple that exists in Atlantis.

Bring a mat and blanket if you wish as well as a journal to record any messages or moments you have during/after the meditation.
