Unwind, restore and reconnect during our cosy indoor Spa & Sound Bath twilight evenings at The Farmhouse Sanctuary — a deeply calming experience designed for the slower seasons.

Step into warmth, stillness and relaxation as you enjoy spa time followed by a soothing indoor Sound Bath, finishing with space to gently unwind before heading home refreshed.

4:30 – 6:30pm
✨ Two-hour spa session
Enjoy full use of our spa facilities. Robe, towel, fluffy socks and sliders provided.

6:30 – 7:30pm
? Indoor Guided Sound Bath
A deeply relaxing sound experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

7:30 – 8:00pm
? Unwind & Chill
Gentle relaxation time to ground yourself and enjoy a hot drink before departure.

8:00pm
Spa closes

? Please note: all showers and changing must be completed before the prompt 6:30pm Sound Bath start.

Book 3 or more Sound Bath sessions at The Farmhouse Sanctuary within a 3-month period and enjoy a complimentary upgrade with every experience.

? Pricing & Payment Terms

Total Cost: £95 per person

• £25 non-refundable deposit payable at booking
• Remaining balance of £70 payable to The Farmhouse Sanctuary

Once your deposit is paid, The Farmhouse Sanctuary will contact you (or you may contact them 02392 597751 opt 1) to arrange payment of the remaining balance.

⚠️ Important:
Any remaining balances not paid 1 week prior to your session will result in forfeiture of your booking and deposit.

• Maximum of 15 guests per session
• No refunds or transfers available
• Please arrive on time to ensure a prompt Sound Bath start

Not suitable for attendees with:
– Sound-induced epilepsy
– Pacemaker fitted
– First trimester of pregnancy
– Severe mental illness
– Within 12 weeks of surgery
