The Calm & Canvas Experience at The Farmhouse Sanctuary is a unique spa and painting retreat in the Hampshire countryside, combining deep relaxation with guided creative expression.
Each experience includes a 3-hour countryside spa session with robe, sliders and towel provided. Guests enjoy full access to our outdoor heated pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, infra-red sauna, ice tub and relaxation spaces, followed by time to shower and change before moving into our beautiful glasshouse.
In the glasshouse, guests take part in a guided wildflower canvas painting session led by Paige from Paint And Pinot.
With step-by-step guidance and a relaxed atmosphere, no painting experience is required. A complimentary glass of fizz is included, making this a perfect spa day, creative retreat or gift experience.

• Morning Retreat: 9:00am–2:00pm
Spa 9:00am–12:00pm | Painting 12:00pm–2:00pm
• Afternoon Retreat: 12:00pm–5:00pm
Spa 12:00pm–3:00pm | Painting 3:00pm–5:00pm
• Twilight: 3:00pm–8:00pm
Spa 3:00pm–6:00pm | Painting 6:00pm–8:00pm
