Yoga at Del Lago - Letting go and being playful

Meet at the fitness center just inside the Sociale Cafe
Dress in comfortable clothing.
No need for a yoga outfit, sweats or leggings work well with a T-shirt or a comfy sweatshirt. Please leave your inhibitions at the door. $10.
Make it a weekend and stay Friday night and enjoy all the casino has to offer. Wake up to yoga with me Saturday morning and sign up for one session or both!
You will experience some laughs, breathwork, yoga movements, a guided meditation infused with reiki - so make sure you bring your pillows and blanket. Hoping you leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to play with the holidays. I will stay after if you want to chat.
