This September it's back, and it's outdoors in Waterloo Public Square.

A Maker Faire is a big show-and-tell for people who build things. Engineers, artists, woodworkers, bakers, welders, coders, and kids all set up tables in one place and show you what they made.

Robots you can drive. 3D printers running live. Tools you've never held. Art being made in front of you. Things that light up, move, and make noise.

The best part is you get to ask questions. Every table has the person who actually built the thing standing behind it. Ask them how it works — they'll tell you.

Bring the kids. This is built for touching, not just looking. There's a whole section run by young makers showing their own projects.
