It is essentially their final exam that they get graded on.In teams of 2-3, students have to create their own menu showcasing their creativity and skills that they have learned throughout their 2-year program.There will be a total of 40 culinary and baking teams - all with bites of food for guests to try.Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately - either as an add-on to your Eventbrite ticket or at the event.
