Across our community, more young people than ever are struggling. Rates of moderate‑to‑serious depression and anxiety remain alarmingly high, and the need for immediate, accessible mental health care continues to grow. 

At Starling Community Services, we’re committed to ensuring every child and youth can receive the support they need, when they need it, to build bright, hopeful, resilient futures.

When you participate in Steps for Kids, every step and every dollar goes directly toward life‑changing programs like our Children’s Mental Health Centre and Safe Haven Youth Services. 

Your impact helps kids find safety, stability, and healing during some of the toughest moments of their lives.
