Hot Sauce Essentials

Turn up the heat in this FREE hands-on workshop led by award-winning local hot sauce maker Jeff Davis from Island Son Canada. Jeff will lead participants on an in-depth journey into the world of hot sauce, complete with an explanation of the science of making hot sauce, from flavour balance to preservation safety, as well as cooking tips and tricks. Following the session, Jeff will lead a Q&A and participants will get to choose their own chili peppers and take home a custom blend to turn into their very own sauce.
