Chair Beginner

Learn how to tap into your sexy side in our beginner chair class! This level is perfect for people with no dance experience and for dancers focusing on refining foundational skills. We'll walk you through every step to build your confidence on and off the dance floor.

This class teaches choreography slowly, with lots of repetition. Heels are totally optional. No special equipment required; just wear comfy, stretchy, breathable clothing and bring a full water bottle!
