This event will begin with a cacao ceremony. Then, you will be guided in our peak-state inducing breathwork "Merkaba Breath™" and sound journey meditation designed to clear energetic blocks, activate the chakras, open the third eye, and bring you into deep brain wave states associated with Samadhi. Samadhi is the deepest state of meditation and translates to "death of the ego." During Samadhi, we are temporarily freed from the limits of the self, duality, and the dysfunctional nature of the ego. This experience has the ability to transform us by removing the darkness in our lives and replacing it with light. No experience is necessary. You will be lying down for the meditation, so please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. We will also provide all these at the event if necessary. Facilitators: Brian & Alecia Assam Our complementary skill sets are based on several disciplines, including psychology (developmental, evolutionary, energy, behavioral, etc.), neuroscience, Integral Theory, Kundalini & Hatha Yoga, the Wim Hof method, Oxygen Advantage breathing, shamanic breathing principles, along with deep-seated wisdom in human consciousness. More about Cacao: Cacao is known throughout South America as the "Elixir of the Gods." It is a powerful medical plant for opening the Heart Chakra and expanding our awareness/consciousness. It can aid in personal transformation, awakening, removing negative patterns, or to simply feel a deeper connection with higher self and source consciousness. Cacao in its raw and natural state contains over 300 compounds, including the chemicals anandamide, phenylethylamine and theobromine which are known for euphoric-blissful states.
