- **Event Description**: Join Jess with Giant House Sourdough Co. on Saturday November 22 for a 3 hour class where you will learn everything you need to know to confidently make your own Sourdough Bread at home! To keep the class small, only 8 spots are available! We will go over how to care for your sourdough starter daily and the entire hands on bread making process. You will leave with my favorite bread recipe, daily how to tips, a loaf of bread to bake when you get home, my pdf booklet I made filled with everything I wish I knew when I started sourdough, and an active sourdough starter to continue your sourdough adventure! Sourdough Breads & Baked Goods will be provided along with bottled water. This class is being held in Waterford, MI. The address will be sent to those attending prior to the event.

If you are attending this class, please bring a mixing bowl, a glass jar (such as a mason jar, old pickle jar, etc) and a digital kitchen scale if you have one.
