Sunday 16th September 10.00-12.00. A master class in making crackers, breads, crisps and other savoury snacks from foraged as well as home grown veg & fruit. This is especially useful for preserving the inevitable gluts. This will be a practical class with lots of tastings. You will get to see a professional dehydrator in action and learn many useful techniques for food dehydration. Learn to make delicious and nutritious snacks such as kale crisps, sundried tomatoes and fruit leathers that will store for long periods.
