- **Event Description**: Join us for a guided kayaking trip down our very own Clinton River! Check out this hidden gem and your perspective of Waterford will be forever changed for the better. This event is great for beginners including older children. Must bring your own kayak.

Here's what to expect -

11am : arrive at the Clinton River Canoe Launch. Sign waivers to participate in the event and figure out transportation needs. We will have a person on site to help with transportation needs. Also, there is a Convenience Store within walking distance if anyone wants last minute snacks or beverages.

12pm : launch from the Red Bridge. We will learn about the invasive species, phragmites, that our organization is combating along the river. Also, enjoy peaceful and tranquil sites all along the river including trailhead locations you can access by foot that you probably never knew were even here! Don't forget to be on the look out for wildlife such as turtles, muskrats, blue herons, & MORE!

3pm : we will exit the river at Cooley Lake Road before travelling under the road bridge. Transportation back to your vehicle will be available, if needed.
