Strawberry Jam & Canning Class

In this hands‑on workshop, students learn how to turn peak‑season strawberries into a bright, flavorful jam and safely preserve it using the water‑bath canning method. I will walk you through every step—prepping fruit, balancing sugar and acidity, understanding pectin, achieving the perfect gel, and mastering proper jar sterilization and sealing. I will explain different canning methods By the end, everyone takes home beautifully sealed jars of homemade strawberry jam and the skills to recreate the process in their own kitchens, opening the door to a whole world of seasonal preserving.

You will take home a jar of jam and each receive a beginner canning kit .. so you can start canning right away .
