Future Shack Education Services is offering a course that involves both Office Administration Training and building Good Business Practices
Office administration is a set of day-to-day activities that are related to financial planning, record keeping & billing, personnel, physical distribution and logistics, within an organization. This training covers the tools, knowledge and content to be able to work in any role that can develop good business practices.
Course structure includes: Soft Skills training in Customer Service;
Learn how to effectively develop a relationship with your customer/client
Learn how to use Critical Non Essentials in your workplace
Learn how to deal with Non-compliant clients
Marketing Made Easy;
Identifying your target markets
Creating services towards your target markets
Understanding your demographics
& Organisational Skills;
Learn time management
Common Basic computer skills that are relevant to Administration
What you should know about this Course?
Starts Thursday 19th of July; and will classes will be on Wednesday/Thursday every week for 6 weeks
No classes week starting the 13th of August - Due to Brisbane Ekka Week
9am to 2:30pm (Morning Session: Classroom, Afternoon Session: Practical )
Training Location in Marsden McDonalds Training Rooms, Logan City
Spaces limited - between 5 & 7 students needed.
Laptops on location
$400 for the full course (For our Laptops)
$350 for the full course (BYO Laptop)
