State Education Resource Center of Connecticut - SERC, 175 Union Street, Waterbury, United States
Only get lost while having fun, not on the road!
SERC, in collaboration with the CSDE, is pleased to offer Cohort 4 of the African American/Black and Puerto Rican/Latino Course of Studies Training Series for the 2024-2025 school year. We continue to gather highly regarded content experts, historians, and local social studies teachers to design and provide sessions related to key topics in tandem with the scope and sequence of the model curriculum. The revised format for this year will allow teachers to self-select sessions based on interest and need. New schools and/or new teachers implementing the course are encouraged to attend the series in its entirety to benefit from the learning community created over time.
All sessions will be held from 9:00am to 3:00pm at SERC with lunch on your own.
Also check out other Workshops in Waterbury.
Tickets for 2024-2025 African American/Black and Puerto Rican/Latino Course of Studies can be booked here.
