*Photogenic entries must be turned in before 5:30 PM in order to be judged.

Rules
• NO aggressive pets allowed!
• Each pet MUST have their own escort.
• Each escort is responsible for pet’s discharge (SCOOP YOUR OWN POOP!)
• Each dog/cat MUST be escorted on a leash/harness by someone at least 16 years of age
• Each dog/cat MUST have current rabies certificate and all vaccinations must be current and available (proof required at time of check – in)
• Each dog/cat MUST wear Identification tags at all times.
• No food  or drink, except water, is allowed inside of the event space.

To make payments, call once the application is submitted .Cashapp,  and credit card are accpeted over the phone.  Venmo or Paypal ( extra 3% fee with paypal) options also available. 
If you are paying in cash, please complete and print the form, and bring the form and payment to Magnolia's Formal Wear.
