Come join us for a wonderful, deeply relaxing monthly practice at Yoga Farm. You’ll be gently guided through a beautiful Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep)—a restorative, meditation-based practice that helps calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and invite deep rest.
As you relax, you’ll be bathed in a soothing sound bath, creating a nourishing space for release, reset, and renewal. This is the kind of experience you’ll feel long after you leave.

What to Expect
Guided Yoga Nidra (lying down, fully supported)
Restorative sound bath (crystal bowls/chimes or similar)
Deep relaxation and nervous system reset
What to Bring
Yoga mat
Blanket + pillow (recommended for comfort)
Eye pillow if you love one (We’ll have a few extras available)
