A Sound Bath & Silent Meditation Experience

What happens when the sound fades away…and all that remains is stillness?

Join us at Yoga Farm Wellness Place for a deeply restorative morning designed to help you slow down, quiet the outside noise, and reconnect with the peaceful space within.

🍂 Saturday, November 14th
🕥 10:30 AM
💲 $30 per person

Our Sound Into Silence experience will gently guide you from vibration into stillness. You'll begin with grounding and mindful breath before settling in for an immersive sound bath featuring some of our favorite instruments.

🎶 Experience:
✨ Crystal Singing Bowls
✨ Chimes & Koshi Chimes
✨ Ocean Drum
✨ Steel Tongue Drum
✨ Tuning Forks & other healing sounds
✨ Guided grounding and breathwork
✨ Extended silent meditation

As the sound bath progresses, the layers of vibration will gradually soften until the final tone disappears completely into silence.

From there, we'll simply rest.

No music.
No distractions.
Nothing to accomplish.
Just space to breathe, listen, and be. 🤍

After our time in silence, gentle sounds will slowly invite us back before we close with reflection and intention.

🌿 No sound healing or meditation experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to give yourself the gift of uninterrupted rest.
