SAR/INDOOR Combo - Wasilla, Alaska

Join us for SAR and INDOOR drones! Wasilla Police Department is hosting and we are excited to see the great big state from a birds eye view!

SAR Information
(Day 2 may be different times)
This 16-hour course teaches crucial components of executing successful drone/UAS search and rescue missions in various environments. 8 hours will be dedicated to hands on scenario based training with night time operations.

Additional SAR Tactics
Day 1: 8am-4pm
Day 2: 2pm-10pm

Utilizing personal/agency-issued drones to maximize flight time is encouraged.

INDOOR Information
This 16-hour course is designed for piloting during tactical operations and preparing to confidently fly in confined GPS denied environments.

Low-light problems & solutions
Perching
Room Clearing Techniques
Necessary tools
Hands-on flight time running scenarios
1/2 classroom 1/2 flying both days
