- **Event Description**: Join us for this eight week course of Pottery for Grown Ups. We'll start with the basics and learn how to use the pottery wheel for cylindrical and bowl shapes as well as some basic hand building techniques. As you progress through the course, based on your own level of practice, you'll work through closed forms, necked bottles and vases, plates, and lidded jars. You'll create original pottery pieces of your own design. Tuition includes 25 pounds of clay, access to all tools, firings, glazes, and Open Studio practice time for the duration of your class. Additional clay may be purchased as needed. 

Seats are limited to 8 attendees.

Class meets Saturdays from 10 am - 12 pm for eight weeks starting August 29.
